Stayed so I could be close to am pain management appointment. California pain specialist was not on time with no go information about their actual location. They allowed me a late check out which I really appreciate. After pain management process
Service and check in was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was above average. Wasn’t the quietest room I’ve stayed in but and excellent value.
Parking was rough as far as getting in and out of the driveway. Most of the desk staff was friendly and courteous. Housekeeping was very friendly and our rooms were cleaned very well. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The prices are good for Napa. The general manager was outstanding and was one desk assistant, Jillian. She went way beyond her job requirements for all guests to remember a great stay here. 5 for Jillian.
Unfortunately had a bad smell. Can hear the cars if close to the road. Kind bed was OK. AC worked well. Water pressure was medium, got hot quickly. Sofa is vinyl so not too comfortable.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hawthorne suites. Everything was clean and stocked. Lovely free breakfast was provided. I was disappointed to see that the front desk empoyees were using the handicap parking by the front desk for thier own personal vehicle. That should be reserved for your handicap guest!
Very good hotel to stay in Napa valley, not far from the city, clean, beds are comfortable, good size room, has everything you need. I would come back for sure. Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was really good and included.
Nice hotel for the rate. Clean, well appointed and comfortable rooms. No smells and pet free for those with allergies. Nothing fancy but all you need and in great Napa location. Hot breakfast was okay for free. Good coffee. Unsecured wifi, so we did not use it. We would definitely stay here again.
Great place for reasonable price. Perfect starting point for any trips around Napa. Jakuzzi and pool always empty and free to go in. Your empoyee at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was so full of energy and helpfull. Offered us to prepare a sandwitches when told we are leaving early morning and wont be able to get the inhouse breakfest.
